Champs Sports: Kicks & Apparel App revisa

Can you as a company please update the app. It’s very buggy and it doesn’t save items or it crashes and says product isn’t in stock. Can we get an update for spring 2025, TYSM.

Doesn’t show the release info on the app tap release it’s a blank white screen

Never had issues with this app in the past and now been having nothing but issues with not able to see upcoming shoes or launches. I have deleted and reinstalled the app it’s been updated and still not able to see anything. I never had lost any raffle before I always use to win. Never had any issue with footlocker or sneakers app.

I can’t ever check the upcoming releases or launched. Never it’s always slow

Always win a raffle and it don’t work or the app always crashing!!!!!!

I have to reset my password every single time I open this app. What a waste of phone space.

I genuinely hate this app and foot locker, they advertise for shoes that are out of stock. When you purchase the shoe they will cancel the order and leave you waiting for a refund for about 4-7 days.

Now that the Foot Locker app has been updated to a newer format, I feel it’s time for the Champs Sports app to follow. The newer format that Foot Locker use is just so much better.

I can never log into my account to try to enter in raffles or purchase shoes on their release date.

Esta tienda tiene el peor servicio al consumidor que he visto en mi vida. Los llamas inmediatamente después de hacer una orden en línea y te dicen que no pueden cancelarla, ni cambiar la dirección, la única solución que dan es que en dos días cuando el carrier me mande el número de rastreo, los contacte a ellos para cambiar la dirección de envío. Una locura totalmente.

I go to buy a sneaker that is “in stock” but I go to purchase it and says “request failed” ??? No seriously how? I watched that same shoe along with others slowly being sold out the sizes I want but yet I can’t buy them? I’ve tried everything, delete the app then redownloaded, nothing. Go online, besides the app, same thing. I grew up on champ stores and collaborations. Now im giving a bad review. Going out my way to give a bad review.

This app keeps kicking me out and making me change my password!!! It has done this 5 times!! Fix the app please and thanks!!!!

I love the in person stores, but as for online I hate it, all my orders get canceled no matter what I do, I’ll try every card I have check every thing that could’ve gone wrong and it’ll show up with nothing. They just cancel my orders for no reason.

Champs needs to fix the app so that it does keep automatically logging out.

I was given top tier service by Dre today he went above and beyond the call of duty to insure the item I received was accurate and precise

It’s 2024, and this app constantly logs me out and won’t allow you be signed into multiple devices simultaneously. Get it together Champs

Don’t waste your time using this for release dates cause the app won’t even load when your trying to check your raffle. Your signed out everytime you close the app even if you click stay signed in. The app barely even works when you can get it to load.

Are used to have a Eastbay so they tell me I got a download this then I go and try to use this and it just keeps bugging up on me. What’s the point of having this app if it doesn’t work. Why can’t somebody just make a simple app where you can buy shoes and they’re not fake. It’s not a hassle it’s the real thing. Nice and simple.

Everytime I try to enter a raffle or buy a pair of shoes when they drop I get an error message. It’s extreme frustrating! I’ll just stick with the Nike app

The raffle section of the app doesn’t work/ allow you to submit a entry.

Every time I try to submit a raffle entry, the app crashes.

The app really needs to be worked on. I can’t even add a item to purchase nor when I do finally get something on there after hundreds of tries I then can’t make the purchase. Always states there an error ALL THE TIME. If continues I will eliminate this app/website for good and my business elsewhere where I can actually make a purchase.

I have ordered the same thing 3 times now and less than 5 seconds after each order I get a notification that my order is cancelled. How do you expect to grow your company when the support keeps cancelling our orders on the APP and Website and gives us no reason. Needs major changes.

Thad made a purchase of some baseball cleats and a backpack, not even an hour goes by and they cancel my order for no valid reason at all, I was charged but luckily I paid with Apple Pay and my bank helped me get a refund the same day, do not buy from here online go to the store personally.

I just been having problems lately with new shoes released I won a pair of Jordan I couldn’t claim it because it was so buggy now I can’t enter for new releases it wont give me options to start entry

This app is terrible! I would provide details but there are just so many, it’s hard to know where to start! Are the apps and sites through browser tested at all? How are you making any money online if a user cannot even browse and add to cart?

Never starts, very slow, blinks out, cannot find a lot of products consistently. Scrap it and go back to the drawing board!

Every time I get on the app, all it says I’ve been blocked like what is this happening???!! I don’t understand why… like I’m trying too see my order’s & possibly buy more stuff in the future.. like they need to fix this problem like ASAP!!.. then I check the detail on the problem like it says Why? You deleted my negative feedback because don’t want other customers know how worthless you are when a customer account has been locked. Been 12 hours my account was disabled and the supposed 15 minutes to the account reset NEVER HAPPENED. The $720 purchase I was trying to make was given to “Finish Line” who has a great customer service. They already shipped my order 2 hours after I placed my order and your ridiculous and absurd IT service hasn’t unblocked my account yet. Will never purchase ANYTHING else within your loser company. 😝

Nothing but errors when every you want to log in or check something same with footlocker jd sports etc all just greedy colorations not worried about fixing there crappy apps

I literally downloaded the app 20min ago to order shoes for my mom. I created an account, put the shoes in my cart, and the app literally will not accept my payment and has blocked me. What is this foolishness?! Moving on…

Have to sign in every time. Every. Single. Time.

It keeps signing me out automatically and when i sign back in and go to my rewards the app shuts down.

Fix your bugs and glitches, no one should have to re log in everytime there is a shoe release, not to mention it glitches and freezes every time you try and check or confirm a shoe release, it’s virtually impossible to use the app, let alone win anything, and you know it’s on purpose just to make sure they have as many bots win, this whole app and store is what’s wrong with the shoe game.

I rarely write reviews but this app is all deserving. The app never works, a constant spinning and no content appears. I hate that they purchased east bay, at least that app worked. Even the website has issues, clearly technology is an area where they lack capabilities.

Every time I try to add something to cart it says something went wrong, or it says they have the item I need then I click it and it says sold out. The app is also very slow when trying to load. When I try logging in it says request failed as well as anytime I try to look at shoes.

I recently ordered 15 items from this app and upon only receiving 14, I made a query about the 15th item that to this date I haven’t received. And to then get a response that they did an investigation and it says that it was delivered but when I called FedEx customer support to notify them—they themselves said that the package haven’t moved,so I urge y’all who intend to shop on this app be very careful but you’re not sure to get any type of refund even when the information is clear.

App never works to check releases

Been trying to log in for months and no luck. I can’t browse any selections. I can’t log into my account. I wish eastbay would have never switched over, at least the eastbay app worked most of the time!!!

i ordered the ugg tasman’s 3 different times and all 3 times it was cancelled for no reason .

This app never lets me sign in and crashes. Crashes and never loads.

The was my first order of Adidas Ozilia black and white . I was very excited to unbox those pair . But the sneakers they gave me was used sneakers. The sneakers has so many scratches and discolored. You can clearly see that those are used. One of them are look like fake. Bcz the adiprene logo on the side is very unclear . I trusted champs but they disappointed me . I didn’t expect that. Be careful guys whoever love shoes . Don’t let them play with your emotions and excitement.
